Guatemalan with studies in Communication Sciences and extensive experience in the audiovisual and media field. He has worked for several media outlets in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.

Until recently he led as Head of Production of Platzi.com, for the realization and post-production of all audiovisual content of the company, worked for more than a decade as a producer, photojournalist and multimedia specialist in Grupo Diario Libre, in the Dominican Republic.

He was also director of post-production and virtual set designer for the same company. He currently works as a freelance journalist for the Planeta section of Diario Libre.

He has stood out for his investigative articles, environmental and related to the biodiversity of the Dominican Republic.

Winner of several photographic awards inside and outside the Dominican Republic, including the Epifanio Lantigua Tourism Journalism Award in 2013 and the Name ExoWorlds contest of the International Astronomical Union in 2019.

His documentary work has been featured in National Geographic, Huffington Post, Sesame Street Australia, United Nations, Sport Illustrated, and more. He has directed the documentary “Cacu, A Change for Life”, featured in international festivals and winner of several awards.
