A native of the municipality of Miches, El Seibo province, Dileysi supports the Protortuga initiative through the collection and logging of data, with the objective of having accurate and updated information for decision making and scientific dissemination.

She is a Business Administration student at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo UASD, and currently serves as assistant to the executive director of PROMICHES.
